Helen came to me wanting to build curves and so we did just that 😍

Nooo we didn’t keep her in a deficit and only lift light weights.

We actually did about 4 months of resistance training 3x per week focusing on muscle building and strength and ate maintenance/slight surplus cals which changed weekly depending on feedback.

After that, we then revealed her muscle in a 4 week mini cut to achieve this result 🤗

These were her results after a 8 week challenge we set for ourselves!
